Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan to join our expanding team in the Kendari/Kolaka region. This field‑collection role focuses on direct customer engagement to ensure timely repayment of credit installments, while also supporting the company’s broader financial health and customer satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and be driven by clear performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers’ residences to conduct in‑person collection of overdue credit installments.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction, updating the central database via a company‑approved Android smartphone application.
- Achieve monthly collection targets set by the management team, contributing to overall portfolio performance.
- Complete daily visitation quotas, ensuring coverage of assigned geographic zones within the stipulated time frame.
- Follow established collection procedures, including verification of customer identity, documentation of payment promises, and escalation of delinquent accounts when necessary.
- Provide courteous, solution‑focused communication to help customers understand repayment options and avoid future defaults.
- Report field observations that may indicate broader market trends, fraud risk, or opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintain the condition and safety of the company‑provided motorcycle and ensure a valid, active SIM C license at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (MA/Paket C accepted).
- All genders are welcome to apply.

- Possession of a personal motorcycle and a valid, active SIM C driving licence.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone (Android 9 or higher) capable of running the company’s collection app.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to negotiate tactfully while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic numeracy and data‑entry competence to log payments accurately.
- Preferred: Minimum two years of experience in field collection or related customer‑facing roles. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work under target‑driven conditions, with flexible schedules from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑17:00).
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
