We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Petugas Penjaga Stand Donatheo. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our Donatheo retail stand operates smoothly, provides excellent customer service, and maintains a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. As the front‑line representative of our brand, you will be the face of the company, creating a positive impression that encourages repeat business and strengthens our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about products, and provide guidance on product selection.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing stand, including shelf stocking, product rotation, and display arrangement.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store management system, handle cash, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and coordinate with the supply team for timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting regular checks of equipment and work area.
- Assist in promotional activities, such as setting up special offers, distributing flyers, and participating in local events.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily sales targets and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of daily sales, customer feedback, and any incidents, submitting reports to the store manager.
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and usage instructions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a preference for those ready to start immediately.
