We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) for Tobacco Products to join our growing sales force in Central Java. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell designated tobacco products to retailers and end‑customers within the assigned territory.
- Maintain attractive product displays, ensure proper stock rotation, and keep shelves well‑filled in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by executing planned promotional activities and upselling complementary items.
- Build and nurture relationships with shop owners, store managers, and key decision‑makers to secure long‑term business partnerships.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and report consumer feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to tobacco sales, including age verification and product labeling.
- Prepare daily activity reports, sales logs, and inventory updates using the company’s mobile reporting system.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and promotional events organized by the brand.
- Represent the company with professionalism, maintaining a polished appearance and adhering to the brand’s image standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum senior high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 21 – 32 years old.
- Gender: Female (as per the specific market positioning of the brand).
- Physical: Proportional height and weight, capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG, preferably in the tobacco or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
- Availability: Must be willing to start on 26 April and work the assigned schedule without hesitation.
- Technical: Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile reporting applications.
