Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Petugas Remedial to join our collection team covering the Banjar region. This role is vital to maintaining healthy cash flow and customer relationships for our financial services portfolio. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers who have fallen behind on their installment payments, providing clear information, gentle reminders, and arranging convenient meeting times to resolve overdue accounts. This position offers a stable Monday‑Saturday schedule, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth within the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Inform customers about their current installment status and upcoming due dates.
  • Proactively remind customers whose payments are 1‑60 days overdue, using phone calls, SMS, or in‑person visits.
  • Schedule and conduct face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent customers to discuss payment plans and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications, promises to pay, and agreements in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the ARO/Remedial Officer team, collection supervisors, and the finance department to ensure consistent follow‑up.
  • Identify patterns of recurring delinquency and provide feedback to the risk management team for process improvement.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, preserving the company’s reputation while achieving collection targets.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance standards related to debt collection.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on collection techniques and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or related financial roles.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with diverse customer groups and convey complex payment information clearly.
  • Adaptability: Quick to learn new systems, policies, and adapt to changing collection strategies.
  • Basic computer literacy, especially with CRM and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Integrity and a customer‑focused attitude.
