Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate daily sales activities across all branches to guarantee the achievement of predefined targets.
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Evaluate the performance of the marketing team, conducting regular reviews and coaching sessions to enhance effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agents and dealers, ensuring alignment with company policies and promotional strategies.
- Control and audit branch claim submissions, verifying accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine both monthly and annual marketing work plans and strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional meetings, facilitating communication between sales, product development, and finance departments.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, translating them into tactical marketing actions.
- Oversee the budgeting process for marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
- Mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience in marketing or sales, with a proven track record of leading a team.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data, generate comprehensive reports, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and coordination capabilities, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Problem‑Solving: Skilled in identifying issues, developing strategic solutions, and executing them effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
