- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and cashiers to coordinate order flow, address modifications, and ensure seamless service.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to food safety, hygiene, and service etiquette.
- Participate in regular shift briefings, training sessions, and team meetings to stay updated on menu changes and service improvements.
- Adapt to a rotating shift schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a waiter or waitress in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
- Age limit: up to 28 years (flexible based on candidate’s competence and fit).
- Professional appearance: neat, clean, and well‑groomed at all times.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to converse politely and clearly with guests of diverse backgrounds.
