Introduction

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring safe medication dispensing, supporting pharmacists, and maintaining compliance with Indonesian health regulations. Responsibilities
- Assist licensed pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medication, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the Struktur Tanda Registrasi Tenaga Teknis Kesehatan (STRTTK) requirements.
- Maintain and update the pharmacy’s inventory system, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely re‑ordering to avoid shortages.
- Prepare and manage the SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) documentation for pharmacists and ensure all regulatory paperwork is current.
- Conduct basic drug compounding, labeling, and packaging while following Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) standards.
- Provide counseling support to patients on over‑the‑counter (OTC) products, proper medication usage, and potential side effects under pharmacist supervision.
- Perform routine checks of expiration dates, storage conditions, and temperature logs for temperature‑sensitive medicines.
- Support the pharmacy’s quality assurance program by participating in audits, reporting discrepancies, and suggesting process improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote health‑related services such as blood pressure monitoring and vaccination drives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with occupational health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Pharmacy.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital or community pharmacy setting.
- Valid STRTTK certificate with a minimum of one year of registration.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a SIP (Surat Izin Praktik).
- Must not be concurrently employed in pharmaceutical manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong ethical standards: honesty, trustworthiness, and discipline are essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse patient base.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
