Introduction
PT. XYZ Motor Finance is seeking dynamic and results‑driven individuals to join our sales force as a Sales Officer – Mobile covering the Mojokerto region and surrounding districts in East Java. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by promoting a portfolio of automotive financing products to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company on the road, building lasting relationships with dealers, distributors, and end‑users while ensuring a seamless credit application process.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell the company’s financing solutions to existing customers and generate new leads across the assigned territory.
- Secure orders from channel distributors, collect initial data, verify documentation, and prepare complete credit applications for review.
- Track the status of each credit application, provide timely updates to dealers and customers, and communicate approval or rejection decisions.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other critical information to ensure smooth loan servicing.
- Conduct regular visits to dealer showrooms and customer sites to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and back‑office teams to resolve documentation gaps and accelerate processing times.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to regional sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may affect product positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted); fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C automotive or financial product sales – a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C.
- Willingness to be placed in any of the following locations based on domicile: Banyuwangi, Blitar, Bojonegoro, Gresik, Jember, Kediri, Kepanjen, Madiun, Malang, Mojokerto, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Probolinggo, Sidoarjo, Situbondo, Surabaya, Tuban, Tulungagung.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional weekend or evening appointments as required by customer schedules.
- Core skills: B2C sales management, interpersonal communication, sales‑oriented mindset, target‑driven performance, and strong customer service orientation.
