Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Security Operations and Risk Management Specialist to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our assets, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a secure environment for employees and customers alike. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, conduct thorough risk assessments, and implement robust security protocols that align with our organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily security operations across all facilities, including surveillance systems, access control, and incident response.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and gaps in current security measures.
- Develop, update, and enforce security policies, standard operating procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during investigations or crisis situations.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions to senior management.
- Oversee the training and awareness programs for staff on security best practices, personal safety, and data protection.
- Maintain inventory of security equipment, ensure regular maintenance, and manage vendor relationships for security services.
- Perform regular audits of physical and cyber security controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, testing their effectiveness through drills and simulations.
- Provide guidance on secure transportation of assets, including the safe operation of company vehicles and driver qualifications.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in security management or risk assessment are a plus.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior experience in security supervision, risk management, or related fields is preferred.
- Driving Ability: Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
- Key Soft Skills: Honesty, professionalism, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, and analytical thinking.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with security monitoring tools, incident reporting software, and basic knowledge of cyber‑security concepts.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
