Responsibilities
- Actively approach and engage customers in designated retail and online zones, presenting the pay‑later product as a convenient transaction method.
- Deliver concise, informative product demonstrations that address customer needs, answer questions, and overcome objections.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product features, promotional campaigns, and competitor offerings to position our solution effectively.
- Collect and record customer feedback, providing insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rates, transaction volume, and revenue generated.
- Collaborate with store managers and partner merchants to secure optimal placement of promotional materials and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Participate in regular training sessions, role‑playing exercises, and performance reviews to sharpen sales techniques and product expertise.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and maintain punctuality and professionalism in all customer interactions.
