Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Crew Digital Printing – Operasional Produksi to join our dynamic production team. This role is based in our modern printing facility and is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy hands‑on technical work, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. The successful candidate will support the end‑to‑end printing process, ensuring that all digital print jobs meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain digital printing equipment, including large‑format printers, cutters, and finishing machines.
- Prepare print files, perform color corrections, and verify pre‑press specifications to guarantee accurate output.
- Monitor production schedules, prioritize jobs, and adjust workflow to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, perform minor troubleshooting, and coordinate with maintenance for major repairs.
- Maintain an organized workspace, manage inventory of inks, substrates, and consumables, and place orders when stock levels run low.
- Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and quality control staff to ensure seamless communication throughout the production cycle.
- Document production data, generate daily reports, and provide insights for process improvement.
- Adhere to safety protocols, handle hazardous materials responsibly, and promote a culture of workplace safety.
- Support after‑sales service by assisting with reprints, finishing adjustments, and client feedback resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in digital printing or a similar production environment.
- Strong communication skills – able to convey technical information clearly to both team members and clients.
- Honest, reliable, and accountable; demonstrates a high level of integrity in all tasks.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Capable of performing under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Female candidates are preferred to meet specific operational needs.
- Familiarity with store management systems or inventory software is a plus.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
