Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This front‑line role is essential for driving revenue through the direct sale of our diverse range of products and services. The successful candidate will work six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, interacting with customers at our main retail counter and ensuring every visitor receives professional, courteous service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive sales of company products and services, meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.
  • Greet each customer with a warm, welcoming attitude and listen attentively to their needs.
  • Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information about product features, pricing, promotions, and after‑sales support.
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions, customer inquiries, and feedback in the point‑of‑sale system.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely resolution of stock issues.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with industry trends.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and counter layout to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Report daily sales performance and market insights to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Candidates of any age group are welcome, provided they meet the other qualifications.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Key Skills: Strong sales development abilities, excellent communication, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, high level of integrity, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
