Introduction

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Toko – Pengembangan Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic retail team. This role focuses on driving store sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive “morning person” who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can work independently or collaboratively, and is committed to representing the brand with honesty and responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, cold calling, and networking within the local market.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing personalized product recommendations and follow‑up support.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and converting leads into closed deals.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure product displays are appealing, stocked, and aligned with promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in‑store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
  • Prepare and present daily sales reports, including key performance metrics and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay up‑to‑date with the latest offerings.
  • Support inventory management by reporting stock discrepancies and assisting with replenishment orders.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and health & safety regulations during all store operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Open to all genders (original posting mentions “Pria” but the position is inclusive).
  • Age: No upper age limit; candidates should be energetic and willing to work full‑time.
  • Work experience: Prior experience in sales is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

    • Honest, responsible, and highly motivated.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
