Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, cold calling, and networking within the local market.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing personalized product recommendations and follow‑up support.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and converting leads into closed deals.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure product displays are appealing, stocked, and aligned with promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in‑store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
- Prepare and present daily sales reports, including key performance metrics and insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay up‑to‑date with the latest offerings.
- Support inventory management by reporting stock discrepancies and assisting with replenishment orders.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and health & safety regulations during all store operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Age: No upper age limit; candidates should be energetic and willing to work full‑time.
- Work experience: Prior experience in sales is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
