Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned chemistry lessons for senior high school (SMA) students, covering topics such as organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, lab reports, and mock exams, providing detailed feedback and personalized study plans.
- Develop creative teaching aids—visual models, interactive simulations, and hands‑on laboratory activities—to reinforce complex concepts.
- Maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom atmosphere, fostering patience, curiosity, and a love for science.
- Communicate regularly with parents and school counselors to discuss progress, address concerns, and align tutoring strategies with school requirements.
- Stay current with national curriculum updates, emerging educational technologies, and best practices in science education.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field; final‑semester university students are also considered.
- At least 1 year of proven experience teaching chemistry at the high‑school level or in a reputable tutoring center.
