Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Barista Profesional Penyaji Minuman Kopi to join our dynamic café team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and espresso‑based beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee equipment safely, including grinders, espresso machines, steam wands, and pour‑over devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; alert management when re‑stocking is needed.
- Participate in daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment cleaning and cash reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic efficiently, especially on weekends.
- Continuously develop barista skills through training sessions, tasting workshops, and staying updated on coffee trends.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all ages; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: No prior experience required; basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus.
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create a friendly rapport with customers.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
