Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Agent Penjualan & Pemasaran to join our growing team in Makassar. The successful candidate will operate in a fast‑paced environment, develop new customer relationships, nurture existing accounts, and help the company achieve its revenue targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in the Makassar area through cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and upselling opportunities.
  • Present product features and benefits to both B2B and B2C audiences, tailoring pitches to meet specific market needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management, tracking performance against KPIs.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations, contracts, and invoices, ensuring timely billing and collection.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and finance teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills.
  • Maintain a well‑organized customer database within the CRM system, documenting all interactions and sales activities.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations, including BI checking and criminal background requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; any major is acceptable.
  • Age: 19‑35 years old; both male and female candidates are welcome.
  • Physical and mental health suitable for field work.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles; familiarity with B2B and B2C processes is a plus.
  • Own a valid motorbike, active SIM C, and up‑to‑date STNK (mandatory for field visits).
  • Strong work ethic: hard‑working, disciplined, honest, and motivated by challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • No criminal record and clean BI checking.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
