Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cook Assistant and Helper to join our dynamic hospitality team. This multifaceted role combines front‑of‑house service, basic office support, and kitchen assistance, making it an excellent entry‑level opportunity for individuals who are eager to grow in the food‑service industry. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, in a fast‑paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
- Waitress / Waiter Duties: Greet guests warmly, present menus, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages promptly, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Handle special requests, maintain clean tables, and assist with bill settlement.
- Office Boy Support: Perform basic office tasks such as delivering documents, maintaining a tidy work environment, restocking supplies, and assisting with light administrative duties when needed.
- Cook Helper Tasks: Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables; assist chefs with basic cooking techniques; operate kitchen equipment safely; keep workstations clean and organized; and help with plating and garnishing dishes.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in both the dining area and kitchen, following local health regulations.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, chefs, and fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve service skills, culinary knowledge, and workplace safety awareness.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates up to 35 years old are preferred to ensure a vibrant and energetic workforce.

- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
