Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Director – Corporate to join our fast‑growing sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Director to drive revenue, manage key accounts, and support the execution of market‑expanding initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Director in developing and implementing corporate sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high‑value corporate prospects through cold outreach, networking events, and referrals.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts by delivering exceptional service, conducting regular business reviews, and cross‑selling additional solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of promised solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product positioning.
  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and recommend adjustments to improve pipeline conversion rates.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to rapidly changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in corporate sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
