Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Internet Wi‑Fi professional to join our expanding team in the Lampung region, specifically covering the Tanjung Senang area. This role is pivotal in driving broadband adoption, building strong community relationships, and ensuring our customers experience reliable, high‑speed internet services. Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and negotiate partnership agreements with residential complexes, RT/RW community leaders, and property managers to boost home‑pass penetration.
  • Execute on‑ground marketing campaigns within the assigned territory, targeting both new residential customers and small‑business clients.
  • Coordinate and oversee branding initiatives such as installing banner poles, T‑banners, large‑format signage, flag‑poles, free hotspot stations, and organizing special promotional events.
  • Monitor service termination rates, proactively addressing customer concerns and implementing retention strategies to keep churn at a minimum.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity logs, sales pipelines, and territory coverage reports using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical support and network operations teams to ensure seamless service activation for newly acquired customers.
  • Provide regular market intelligence to management, highlighting competitive activities, pricing trends, and emerging customer needs.
  • Drive after‑sales follow‑up, ensuring that installed Wi‑Fi solutions meet performance expectations and that customers receive timely assistance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (preferred S1) in any field with a GPA of at least 3.00.
  • Age: 22‑30 years (maximum 33 years).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in product sales, preferably within the telecommunications or consumer electronics sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to convey technical benefits in simple terms.
  • Demonstrated sales techniques such as consultative selling, upselling, and cross‑selling.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM A) and ability to operate a four‑wheel vehicle for territory visits.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Sunday, with core hours from 08:00 to 17:00, and occasional weekend or evening events as required.
