Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Server – Pengelola Layanan Restoran to join our bustling restaurant team. As a key member of the front‑of‑house staff, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels welcome, valued, and satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information, to guide guest choices.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing glassware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and resolve any guest concerns.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system operations with precision and integrity.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, address feedback promptly, and follow up to ensure a positive experience.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Participate in regular staff briefings, training sessions, and team-building activities to continuously improve service quality.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as inventory checks, cash reconciliation, and preparing the dining area for the next service.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (as specified by the employer).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates up to 0 years old (interpreted as no upper age limit).
- Work Experience: Prior experience in restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating cooperation and reliability.
- High level of responsibility, honesty, and discipline.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
