Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Parenggean, Kalimantan. Responsibilities
- Proactively offer and present the company’s products to existing customers and prospect new accounts across the designated territory.
- Generate sales orders through the channel distribution network, including gathering initial customer data and verifying information.
- Prepare, review, and complete all required documentation for customer credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing regular status updates to dealers and customers.
- Communicate credit decisions promptly, outlining payment terms, due dates, and collection locations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order status, and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and after‑sales teams to guarantee on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements to product offerings and sales strategies.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, report on key performance indicators, and contribute ideas for achieving regional targets.
- Uphold the company’s brand reputation by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑centric attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study).
- Age limit: maximum 30 years (open to fresh graduates).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C (driving licence).
- Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to a fixed schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00).
- Proficiency in sales‑management tools, basic Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
- Key competencies: B2C sales management, persuasive communication, result‑oriented mindset, and thorough understanding of sales targets.
