Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our growing team in Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of financial products to existing clients and prospect new customers across the Cilacap region.
- Identify and secure orders from distribution channels, including dealerships and retail partners, by presenting tailored financing solutions.
- Collect initial customer data, verify information, and assemble complete credit application packages in accordance with internal policies.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, coordinate with underwriting teams, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms that affect their financing agreement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and documentation within the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and help shape future product offerings.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, provide performance updates, and contribute ideas for achieving regional sales targets.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in any field.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid, active SIM A/C driving license.
- Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship management, and target‑driven selling techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, adhering to a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑16:00).
