Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Kitchen Operations Supervisor to join our growing hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and service to guarantee consistency and excellence.

- Conduct regular inventory checks, monitor stock levels, and coordinate orders with suppliers to prevent shortages or waste.
- Enforce strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local health codes and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen personnel, fostering a collaborative environment where teamwork and continuous learning thrive.
- Implement cost‑control measures, analyze production reports, and suggest improvements to reduce waste and increase profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items, test recipes, and incorporate guest feedback.
- Maintain equipment logs, schedule routine maintenance, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints related to food quality with professionalism and prompt resolution.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Demonstrated ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
