Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, addressing inquiries and guiding them through product selections.
  • Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring that merchandise is presented according to visual standards.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts.
  • Perform routine inventory checks, report stock discrepancies, and assist with periodic stock‑taking activities.
  • Support basic store administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating the store management system.
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards by performing regular cleaning duties, monitoring aisles for hazards, and ensuring that the store complies with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments—such as logistics, marketing, and customer service—to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Participate in briefings and training sessions, sharing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age range: 18 – 25 years.
