Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Supervisor (SPV) – Kepala Tim Operasional to lead our operational team in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to promote a high‑performing team.
- Maintain strict adherence to food and beverage safety standards, including sanitation, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments such as procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
- Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, health codes, and corporate governance policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for service excellence.
- Schedule and oversee shift rotations, guaranteeing adequate coverage for the Monday‑Saturday workweek (08:00 – 17:00).
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, summarizing operational performance, staffing levels, and cost‑control measures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
