Introduction

Adira Finance is expanding its sales force across the Sumatra region and is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer for the Belitung area. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth by promoting financial products to both existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage the end‑to‑end credit application process.

Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of products to existing clients and new prospects within the Belitung region.
  • Generate orders through established distribution channels, collect initial customer data, and verify the accuracy of information.
  • Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintain regular contact with dealers and customers, and promptly communicate credit decisions.
  • Inform customers of repayment schedules, payment locations, and any other critical information related to their financing agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key decision‑makers to expand market reach.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on field observations and customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to the company’s ethical standards and code of conduct.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit‑related role (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
  • Possession of a valid driving licence (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer relationship building, and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, across all Adira Finance branches in Sumatra.
