Introduction

This full‑time position focuses on expanding our network of agents who will promote AmarthaLink’s innovative financial services. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven sales professional with a minimum of one year of acquisition experience, a solid educational background (minimum D3/D4), and a passion for community development.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new AmarthaLink agents in accordance with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct outreach sessions, workshops, and one‑on‑one meetings to educate prospective agents on the benefits, features, and operational procedures of the AmarthaLink platform.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing agents to ensure high satisfaction and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Provide hands‑on training and continuous support for agents on system usage, product updates, and service troubleshooting.
- Monitor transaction volumes, performance metrics, and compliance of agents, taking corrective actions when necessary to keep activities optimal.
- Analyze local market potential, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans to expand agent coverage within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit regular reports covering sales activities, acquisition progress, market insights, and any challenges encountered.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, product, and operations—to align agent initiatives with broader company goals.
- Travel extensively within the Mukomuko region, using a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C, to meet agents on‑site and conduct field assessments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or equivalent.
- At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition, preferably within PPOB, SaaS, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and the ability to navigate the Mukomuko area effectively.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold an active SIM C driving license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication etiquette, persuasive selling skills, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Open to working Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend or evening engagements as business needs dictate.
