Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes to retail stores, supermarkets, and direct customers within the assigned territory.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote product features, benefits, and promotional offers to maximize order volumes.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with shop owners, managers, and key decision‑makers to foster brand loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product placement according to company visual standards.
- Collect and record sales data, including order quantities, payment receipts, and customer feedback, then submit daily reports to the sales supervisor.
- Communicate new product launches, seasonal promotions, and pricing updates to retailers in a timely manner.
- Maintain the condition of the company‑provided motorbike, ensuring safe and reliable transportation of goods.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to budgetary and compliance guidelines.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to the management team.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
