Responsibilities

- Maintain optimal product placement and merchandising standards in supermarkets, convenience stores, and traditional trade outlets.
- Conduct regular store visits to gather competitor insights, assess shelf stock levels, and ensure compliance with promotional guidelines.
- Collect and analyze sales data, consumer feedback, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations to the sales manager.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and distribution teams to synchronize promotional calendars and inventory planning.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for retail staff, enhancing their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Manage promotional materials, ensuring timely replenishment and proper usage across all assigned outlets.
- Respond quickly and effectively to any on‑site issues, demonstrating strong problem‑solving abilities under pressure.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable engaging with store managers, customers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing promotional schedules.

- Reside in Lampung or surrounding areas with reliable transportation to cover the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with basic office tools (Microsoft Excel, Word) and willingness to learn company‑specific reporting software.
- Readiness to start immediately and commit to a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Sunday, 08:00‑17:00).
