We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Promotion (SPB) professional to join our team in the vibrant Bali region. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving daily sales, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our store network. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional shift work to meet peak demand periods. Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store area, ensuring all product displays are well‑organized and stocked.
- Execute sales activities and promotional initiatives, including point‑of‑purchase (POP) displays, seasonal promotions, discounts, and in‑store events.
- Manage inventory levels by arranging merchandise, monitoring stock availability, and coordinating replenishment with the warehouse team.
- Assist customers in identifying the right products for their construction or renovation projects, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, preparing concise reports for management review.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align in‑store branding with broader campaign strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product specifications, industry trends, and best sales practices.
- Support the rollout of new product lines, conducting demonstrations and educating both customers and junior staff.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 – 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the building‑materials sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical product information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed daily sales targets consistently.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule when required.
- Proactive, initiative‑driven mindset with excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in sales administration, market targeting, and basic inventory management.
