Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Shopkeeper to manage the daily operations of our retail outlet. This full‑time position is based on a Monday‑through‑Saturday schedule, 08:00 – 17:00, and is open exclusively to female candidates who demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Responsibilities
- Oversee all store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliation of daily sales.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders with suppliers, and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering repeat business.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Utilize the store management system to track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze key metrics.
- Train, supervise, and motivate any part‑time assistants or seasonal staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies.
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and security protocols, including loss‑prevention measures and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with the regional manager on promotional campaigns, pricing adjustments, and new product launches.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store layout at all times.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and correspondence with suppliers.
Requirements
- Female candidate with a minimum educational qualification of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Minimum of 0 years of experience; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and discipline in previous roles or academic settings.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multitask during peak hours.
- Proficiency in using basic store management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 20 kg when necessary.
