Introduction

We are looking for enthusiastic and results‑driven individuals to join our local sales force as Sales Wi‑Fi representatives. In this role you will be the face of MyRepublic, connecting households, small businesses, and community institutions to reliable, affordable Wi‑Fi services that empower education, commerce, and daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers within the Wonosobo area through door‑to‑door visits, phone calls, and community events.
  • Present MyRepublic’s Wi‑Fi packages, clearly explaining technical features, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Conduct on‑site surveys to assess installation feasibility, gather customer requirements, and recommend appropriate service plans.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining a high conversion rate from leads to contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide post‑sale support by coordinating with the technical team for installation scheduling and troubleshooting initial connectivity issues.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and local demand trends to help refine sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle and an Android smartphone for navigation, communication, and mobile CRM usage.
  • Strong orientation toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness and ability to work primarily in the field, covering various districts within Wonosobo.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
