Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Petugas Remedial (Penagihan) to join our dynamic team in Gunung Tua. This role is a critical part of our multifinance operation, focusing on the effective collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). The successful candidate will work closely with branch offices, field agents, and customers to ensure timely repayment, support the company’s cash‑flow objectives, and maintain strong relationships with our client base. The position is full‑time, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, and will be based at the candidate’s domicile.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue A/R, ensuring that all actions are performed within established timelines.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers for debt recovery, employing professional negotiation techniques to secure payments while preserving client goodwill.
- Collaborate with branch managers and the credit‑risk team to identify and resolve issues with problematic partners, providing actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, highlighting trends, outstanding balances, and performance against targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development of collection strategies, including reminder schedules, payment plans, and legal escalation procedures when necessary.
- Achieve or exceed the collection targets set by senior management, contributing directly to the organization’s profitability.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with the latest credit‑control practices, negotiation tactics, and relevant financial regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit collection, receivables management, or a related financial role; experience in multifinance is a strong advantage.
- Maximum age: 29‑30 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using credit‑monitoring tools, spreadsheet software, and CRM platforms.
