Introduction

Awi Coffee, a storied coffee producer and exporter founded in 1945, is undergoing rapid expansion across domestic and international markets. To support this growth, we are seeking a dynamic Staff Sales & Marketing professional to join our vibrant team. This entry‑level position is ideal for a motivated young male candidate (maximum 30 years old) who is eager to develop a career in sales within the coffee industry.

The successful applicant will work full‑time, Monday through Sunday, from 08:30 to 18:00, and will be instrumental in driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting Awi Coffee’s premium product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and timely follow‑up.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the coffee sector.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, social media campaigns, and in‑store displays.
  • Utilize CRM software to log activities, track leads, and generate sales reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics and export departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows, coffee exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand visibility.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management on market conditions and product performance.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 30 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Male (as stipulated by the current posting).
  • Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) required.
  • Basic computer literacy – proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in sales, especially within food & beverage or coffee‑related industries.
  • Key soft skills: honesty, attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, discipline, and quick adaptability to changing market conditions.
