Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operational activities to meet organizational goals.

  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Support event planning and execution, overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, and on‑site management to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage company social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing growth strategies.
  • Utilize design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software like CapCut to produce high‑quality marketing collateral.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Microsoft Word and ensure that all operational procedures are up‑to‑date and compliant with internal policies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Coordinate with external partners and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews, contributing insights that help shape strategic initiatives and operational policies.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Age: 21‑40 years old.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Experience: Entry‑level to 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds are welcome.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Language: Fluent English is preferred; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut.
  • Creative Aptitude: Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem‑solving, time‑management, and interpersonal abilities.
