Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Officer Marketing Kredit to join our rapidly growing financial services team. This pivotal role blends credit analysis with strategic market outreach, ensuring that qualified consumers receive timely financing while expanding our brand presence across dealer networks. The successful candidate will be instrumental in safeguarding loan quality, fostering strong dealer relationships, and keeping our marketing strategies aligned with the latest industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee consumer credit eligibility using the 5 C framework (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition) to evaluate loan applications and ensure compliance with internal risk policies.
  • Process new credit proposals from initial validation through detailed financial analysis, including review of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
  • Conduct on‑site surveys and verify supporting documents such as residential property certificates, sales deeds, property tax statements (PBB), business registration data, and bank account statements.
  • Analyze borrower capacity by assessing asset ownership, collateral value, and repayment history, providing clear recommendations to senior underwriting teams.
  • Expand market reach by building and nurturing relationships with automobile dealers, financing partners, and local business associations, thereby increasing loan portfolio volume and brand visibility.
  • Monitor industry news, regulatory updates, and competitive offerings to advise the marketing department on emerging opportunities and risk factors.
  • Perform rigorous BI (Bank Indonesia) checks on prospective borrowers to confirm identity, credit history, and legal standing.
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and collections teams to streamline the end‑to‑end loan process and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as approval rates, portfolio growth, and risk exposure for senior management review.
  • Mentor junior staff on credit assessment techniques, negotiation skills, and effective communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • Male candidates only, maximum age of 40 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in credit analysis, loan processing, or financial marketing.
  • Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and ownership of a two‑wheel vehicle for field visits.
  • Strong analytical abilities, particularly in financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and collateral valuation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build lasting dealer relationships.
  • Proficiency in using credit scoring tools, BI checking systems, and standard office software (MS Office, Excel).
  • Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:30‑17:00, with occasional overtime for urgent loan approvals.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with performance‑based bonuses tied to loan portfolio growth.
  • Comprehensive health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision care.
  • Transportation allowance and fuel reimbursement for field activities.
  • Professional development budget for certifications, workshops, and industry conferences.
  • Paid annual leave, sick days, and public holidays in accordance with Indonesian labor law.
