Introduction
The role of Analis Pengendalian Kualitas (QC) is essential to maintaining product integrity and regulatory compliance within our manufacturing operations. Based in Boyolali, the successful candidate will join a dynamic quality assurance team responsible for ensuring that raw materials, packaging, semi‑finished goods, and finished products meet stringent specifications. This position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (07:30 – 16:00) and provides an opportunity to develop specialized analytical skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic inspections of incoming raw materials, packaging supplies, work‑in‑process items, and final products to verify compliance with quality specifications.
- Perform routine and non‑routine laboratory analyses using techniques such as High‑Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), titration, and spectrophotometry.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of test results, deviation reports, and corrective actions in the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage the storage, labeling, and controlled destruction of retained samples to monitor product stability throughout its shelf life.
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring they meet calibration schedules and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and regulatory teams to resolve quality issues promptly and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions related to quality control activities.
- Support training programs for junior staff and promote a culture of quality awareness across the plant.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a strong academic foundation are welcome.

- Fundamental understanding of HPLC operation and interpretation of chromatographic data.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques, sample preparation, and instrument maintenance.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedural guidelines.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and team interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
