Responsibilities
- Greet and engage visitors to the kiosk, providing comprehensive information on Polytron’s electric motorcycle lineup, technical specifications, and financing options.
- Conduct product demonstrations, test rides, and hands‑on trials to showcase the performance and benefits of EV motorcycles.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and ask probing questions to match them with the most suitable model and accessories.
- Maintain a well‑organized showroom, ensuring that display units, promotional materials, and digital presentations are always up‑to‑date and visually appealing.
- Generate and follow up on leads using customer relationship management (CRM) tools, scheduling appointments, and tracking conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, leveraging incentive programs and upselling accessories such as helmets, chargers, and maintenance packages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, community events, and educational workshops on electric mobility.
- Prepare daily sales reports, inventory updates, and market feedback for senior management to inform product development and pricing strategies.
- Provide after‑sales support, assisting customers with warranty claims, service appointments, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives related to electric vehicles in Indonesia.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent diploma.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales of electronics, gadgets, automotive products, or leasing services.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, friendly manner.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and loyalty to previous employers.
- Proficiency with sales‑enablement tools, customer management software, and basic sales analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a kiosk environment while also collaborating effectively with the broader sales and service teams.
