Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Operator Produksi Mesin dan Peralatan to join our fast‑growing skincare manufacturing team. In this hands‑on role, you will operate state‑of‑the‑art production equipment, oversee the transformation of raw ingredients into finished beauty products, and ensure that every batch meets our rigorous quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. This position offers a structured Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule (08:00 – 17:00) and is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, process‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and auxiliary equipment strictly according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Execute the full skincare production cycle—from raw material weighing, mixing, and filling to packaging and final product inspection.
- Conduct real‑time quality checks, record critical parameters, and intervene promptly when deviations occur.
- Maintain a spotless and organized work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor safety devices, enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and report any unsafe conditions to supervisors.
- Document production outputs, downtime, and any equipment malfunctions in the daily logbook.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance and R&D teams to troubleshoot formulation issues and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines under the guidance of the maintenance crew.
- Provide clear and timely communication to shift leaders regarding any production bottlenecks or material shortages.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; inclusive workplace culture.
- No prior experience required—comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow detailed SOPs.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for recording production data.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 kg, and work in a temperature‑controlled environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
- Preferred: Familiarity with cosmetic or food‑grade production processes and an interest in personal care products.
