Responsibilities
- Host and present live streaming content in an engaging, informative, and professional manner.
- Interact actively with the audience by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering real‑time engagement.
- Drive product sales by delivering clear presentations, promotions, and educational segments during the live broadcast.
- Monitor audio and video quality throughout each session to ensure a seamless viewing experience.
- Create and script content tailored for live formats, including product demos, tutorials, and Q&A segments.
- Utilize streaming platforms and content‑creation tools (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, Instagram Live, TikTok Live) to manage broadcasts efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align live content with brand campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Gather audience feedback and analytics post‑broadcast to continuously improve performance and conversion rates.
- Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to the company’s dress code which includes wearing a hijab for those who observe it.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (must be comfortable wearing a hijab if applicable).
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- At least 2 years of experience in live streaming, broadcasting, or related on‑camera roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage audiences with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Prior experience in the skincare or beauty sector is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency with live‑streaming software, content‑creation tools, and social media platforms.
- Excellent visual and auditory presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail to maintain broadcast quality.
- Residency in or around Tangerang preferred for logistical convenience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, 08:00‑17:00.
