To support our expanding network, we are seeking a reliable and professional Supir Operasional (Operational Driver) who will play a critical role in ensuring on‑time deliveries, maintaining vehicle safety, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will be a disciplined driver with at least two years of experience in distribution, a solid understanding of local routes, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing a stable environment for a motivated individual.
Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to customers according to scheduled routes, ensuring punctuality and accuracy.
- Perform pre‑trip vehicle inspections—checking oil levels, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and necessary tools—to guarantee the vehicle is road‑ready.
- Manage and safeguard all delivery documentation, including Surat Jalan (SJ), Delivery Orders (DO), return forms, and BAST/TTB records.
- Coordinate closely with Sales Support and Warehouse teams to streamline loading and dispatch processes.
- Submit regular delivery and return reports to the Warehouse Administration, highlighting any discrepancies or incidents.
- Maintain cleanliness, security, and proper usage of the company‑provided vehicle.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times, obtain signatures, and address any on‑site concerns.
- Utilize GPS, digital maps, and reporting apps to optimize routes and log trip data.
- Assist with loading and unloading when necessary, adhering to K3 (occupational safety) standards.
- Provide feedback to management on route efficiencies, potential hazards, and customer satisfaction trends.
Requirements
- Must reside in Bali, preferably in Denpasar.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Valid Indonesian SIM A/B license.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a distribution driver.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of local delivery routes and willingness to travel to nearby cities.
- Physical ability to lift standard loads and a solid understanding of K3 safety practices.
- Proficiency with navigation tools (Google Maps, Waze) and basic reporting software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, warehouse, and customer teams.
