Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a courteous demeanor.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering recommendations and upselling specials to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly, checking back frequently to address any additional needs.
  • Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and issue receipts while maintaining strict cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring dining areas meet health‑code standards.
  • Respond professionally to guest inquiries or complaints, resolving issues quickly and escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates, assisting during peak periods and covering shift duties as required.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies, especially when working under high‑pressure service periods.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (Perempuan)
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
  • Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required, but prior hospitality experience is preferred).
  • Experience: Prior experience in restaurant service or a related field is a strong advantage.
  • Key Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Comfortable handling high‑stress situations and tight service windows.
    • Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
