Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Koordinator Lapangan Ekspedisi to join our dynamic logistics team in Kota Baru, South Kalimantan. As the field coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our courier network, ensuring timely deliveries, safeguarding cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions, and maintaining strong partnerships with couriers and regulatory bodies such as BPOM. This full‑time position offers a standard workday from 08:00 to 17:00, with the exact schedule to be confirmed during onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified couriers to meet the operational demands of the designated area.
  • Provide continuous coaching, performance feedback, and active communication to couriers under your supervision.
  • Monitor the end‑to‑end flow of goods, ensuring that all shipments adhere to company standards and that COD transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Investigate and resolve fraud incidents, including loss, damage, and COD manipulation, by conducting thorough root‑cause analyses.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner courier agencies, facilitating joint problem‑solving and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed weekly reports summarizing operational findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
  • Coordinate directly with BPOM (National Agency of Drug and Food Control) for compliance matters and to ensure that all logistics processes meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—such as finance, customer service, and IT—to streamline workflows and enhance overall service quality.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for courier management, fraud detection, and COD handling.
  • Assist in planning and executing special projects, such as peak‑season staffing surges or the rollout of new technology platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, courier management, or field coordination.
  • Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication ethics, able to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • Proven leadership and team‑coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated recruitment expertise, especially in sourcing reliable couriers.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present recommendations clearly.
  • Familiarity with COD processes, fraud detection, and basic investigative techniques.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and willingness to work occasional overtime during high‑volume periods.
