Introduction
We are seeking energetic and reliable Kurir Pengiriman to join our logistics team covering the West Java region, specifically the areas of Sukabumi, Kuningan, and Indramayu. As a courier, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that packages and important documents reach our customers safely and on time. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00) and the opportunity to develop a career in a fast‑growing delivery network.
Responsibilities
- Execute timely pickup, delivery, and return of goods, parcels, and confidential documents across assigned territories.
- Plan and optimize daily routes using GPS and route‑planning tools to achieve maximum efficiency and fuel savings.
- Perform routine K3/HSE (Occupational Health and Safety) checks, adhere to safe‑driving practices, and conduct basic vehicle maintenance.
- Complete and submit accurate delivery logs, proof‑of‑delivery signatures, and incident reports as required.
- Maintain a 100% delivery compliance rate, matching the schedule and customer expectations.
- Uphold company SOPs, CDOB/CDAKB standards, work instructions (WI), and key performance indicators (KPI) in every task.
- Represent the brand with a professional attitude, proper appearance, and courteous communication when interacting with clients.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and customer service to resolve delivery issues, address customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth hand‑over of parcels.
- Adapt to occasional overtime or weekend assignments during peak periods or special campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and vehicle safety protocols.
- Prior experience in courier or delivery services is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- High motivation, goal‑oriented mindset, and comfort working independently in the field.
- Ability to handle physical demands such as loading and unloading packages.
- Willingness to travel throughout Sukabumi, Kuningan, Indramayu, and surrounding areas.
