We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Community Coordinator to join our team in Gorontalo. This role focuses on empowering low‑income women by providing business mentorship, financial literacy, and access to micro‑financing solutions. Responsibilities
- Visit assigned districts to engage with women entrepreneurs, understand their business challenges, and provide tailored coaching.
- Conduct group and one‑on‑one sessions on basic financial management, savings discipline, and budgeting techniques.
- Facilitate the distribution of group‑based, collateral‑free micro‑loans, ensuring that repayment schedules are clear and adhered to.
- Act as a trusted advisor by listening to client needs, proposing practical solutions, and connecting them with additional resources such as market linkages or training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan disbursements, and repayment status using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Collaborate with local partners, NGOs, and government agencies to expand the reach of financial inclusion initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting success stories, challenges faced, and recommendations for program improvement.
- Organize community events, workshops, and outreach campaigns that promote financial awareness and entrepreneurship.
- Monitor the progress of funded businesses, offering ongoing mentorship to ensure sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Age between 18 and 33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for social interaction and community building.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with good adaptation skills in diverse field environments.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reporting and data management.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas and work flexible hours as needed.
