Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Toko dan Pengelola Operasional Penjualan to lead our retail outlet and oversee daily sales operations. This pivotal role combines store management, customer service excellence, and strategic oversight to ensure the outlet meets its revenue targets while delivering a memorable shopping experience. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and is open to candidates of any gender who possess the required educational background and a proven track record in retail or food‑service supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise, coach, and schedule a team of sales associates, bakers, and catering staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for bakery goods, catering supplies, and souvenir items; coordinate with suppliers to place orders and manage deliveries.
- Implement “smart service” techniques to enhance customer interaction, streamline order processing, and boost repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance daily, analyze trends, and develop action plans to achieve or exceed monthly targets.
- Ensure the store’s visual presentation and merchandising align with brand standards and local market preferences.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenging situations into loyalty‑building opportunities.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on product knowledge, hygiene standards, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with local community leaders and maintain strong relationships with regional distributors to expand the store’s market reach.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and suggested improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor, store manager, or head of a bakery, catering service, or souvenir shop.
- Professional appearance and strong personal presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver “smart service” that combines technology and personal touch.
- Honesty, high sense of responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Preferably a resident of the local area with an extensive network of contacts.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Willingness to attend and participate in ongoing training programs.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
