Introduction
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our vape retail and distribution network in Kota Bogor. This full‑time role offers the opportunity to shape market penetration, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth for a rapidly expanding company in the vaping industry. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Visit existing vape stores and potential new distributors across Kota Bogor to present product lines, negotiate terms, and secure shelf space.
- Develop and execute a territory‑wide sales plan that aligns with corporate objectives and seasonal market trends.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, providing after‑sales support, product training, and promotional assistance.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform product positioning.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by monitoring pipeline, forecasting demand, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Prepare and submit accurate, timely sales reports, including performance metrics, market insights, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure product availability and effective promotional campaigns.
- Mentor and coach junior sales representatives, fostering a high‑performance team culture.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines related to the sale and distribution of vaping products.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the vape, tobacco, or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Male candidates are preferred, in line with the client’s current hiring policy.
- Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bogor region and work flexible hours when required.
