We are seeking a talented Spesialis Nail Art & Perawatan Kuku Profesional to join our dynamic beauty team. This full‑time position is based in a modern, high‑traffic salon that serves a diverse clientele ranging from everyday customers to fashion‑forward influencers. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail‑oriented professional who is passionate about nail artistry, client care, and staying ahead of the latest trends in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized nail art consultations, understanding each client’s style preferences, occasion, and skin tone.
- Design and execute a wide variety of nail designs, including classic French, gel extensions, 3D embellishments, and seasonal themes.
- Perform nail care procedures such as cuticle treatment, hand and foot massage, and therapeutic polish applications.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by sterilizing tools, disinfecting workstations, and adhering to local health regulations.
- Manage inventory of nail polishes, gels, tools, and accessories, placing orders when stock runs low.
- Stay current with industry developments by attending workshops, following global nail art influencers, and experimenting with new techniques.
- Educate clients on proper nail maintenance, after‑care products, and recommended service intervals.
- Collaborate with other salon professionals (hair stylists, makeup artists) to create cohesive looks for weddings, photo shoots, and special events.
- Assist in promoting the salon’s services through social media posts, before‑and‑after photos, and participation in local beauty events.
- Provide mentorship and on‑the‑job training to junior nail technicians as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional nail art and care experience in a salon setting.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (flexible based on skill level).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in gel, acrylic, and polish applications; strong knowledge of nail anatomy and safety protocols.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, high level of creativity, strong attention to detail, and a genuine “niat bekerja” (dedication to work).
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform precise manual tasks.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional evenings for events.
