Introduction
RSU Raffa Majenang, a leading regional hospital in Cilacap, is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists. This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare partners, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout their interaction with our facilities. The position offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and requires the flexibility to work in shift patterns when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and via telephone or digital channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, appointment scheduling, billing procedures, and insurance coverage.
- Assist patients with registration, verify personal and insurance data, and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with medical staff, nursing units, and administrative departments to resolve inquiries, address complaints, and facilitate smooth patient flow.
- Maintain and update the hospital’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, documenting each interaction for future reference and quality improvement.
- Conduct follow‑up calls to verify patient satisfaction, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for service enhancements.
- Participate in regular training sessions on health‑care regulations, communication techniques, and emergency response protocols.
- Support special projects such as community outreach, health‑education events, and patient‑experience surveys.
- Adhere to the hospital’s infection‑control guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with D3/S1 degrees in relevant fields are strongly preferred.
- Active professional license (STR) for healthcare roles such as pharmacist, midwife, nutritionist, medical technician, radiographer, etc., when applicable.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially for entry‑level positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, honesty, discipline, and a high level of responsibility.
- Physical and mental fitness to handle a fast‑paced environment and to perform duties during shift work if required.
- Willingness to be based at RSU Raffa Majenang, Cilacap, with reliable transportation for commuting.
