We are seeking a diligent and customer‑focused Spesialis Toko (Admin Penjualan) to join our vibrant branch team. This role blends front‑line sales interaction with core administrative functions such as petty‑cash management and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be a proactive woman who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys helping customers understand our product portfolio, and possesses a solid foundation in basic accounting and stock‑taking procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate the sales counter by greeting visitors, explaining Biznet’s broadband, TV, and telecommunication packages, and guiding them through the sign‑up process.
- Maintain accurate petty‑cash records, process daily cash receipts, and reconcile cash balances at the end of each shift.
- Conduct regular stock opname (inventory counts) for promotional materials, accessories, and office supplies, ensuring discrepancies are reported promptly.
- Update and file customer contracts, service agreements, and billing information in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide first‑level customer service, handling inquiries, troubleshooting basic service issues, and escalating complex problems to the technical team.
- Assist with monthly reporting on sales performance, cash flow, and inventory status for branch management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to prepare the store for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Uphold Biznet’s brand standards by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming sales area.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or cashier duties.
- Proven experience handling petty‑cash administration and conducting stock opname.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a friendly demeanor and a customer‑centric attitude.
- High attention to detail, capable of accurate data entry and error‑free cash handling.
- Ability to work six days a week with one rotating day off, adhering to an 8‑hour shift plus a 1‑hour break.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
